Wigwam Wellbeing is a not‑for‑profit dedicated to nurturing the mind, body, and spirit of working‑age adults with dementia and other cognitive or mental health challenges. We bring transformative, person‑centred support - through activities, retreats, and community - that promote balance, connection, and joy.

What age group do you support?
Our services are focused on adults of working age (under 70) living with dementia, ARBD, ABI, or mental health conditions.
Do you support people outside the West Midlands?
At present, our core services are based in the West Midlands. Please contact us to discuss availability in your area.
Are you a charity or business?
We are a not-for-profit organisation. Any surplus is reinvested into improving our services and supporting more people.
Do you provide support for carers too?
Yes. Our services not only benefit individuals but also provide valuable respite and reassurance for family carers.
Can you tailor activities to an individual’s needs?
Yes — all of our sessions are person-centred, meaning they are adapted to suit each individual’s preferences, abilities, and comfort levels.
Do I need a referral to access services?
No referral is needed. Families, individuals, or care providers can contact us directly.
How much do services cost?
Costs vary depending on the service and setting. Please contact us for a tailored quote.
Can services be funded through social care?
In many cases, yes. You will need to contact your care co-ordinator or social worker regarding this.
Are your staff DBS checked?
Yes. All staff and volunteers undergo enhanced DBS checks and safeguarding training.
